Return Policy
Fresh flowers and live plants have a 24-hour guarantee depending on the temperature. If your entire floral arrangement or plant expires within 48 hours from the date received, please call us and we'll credit you half. It will helps us immensely if you can take pictures of the item(s) and send them to us within 48 hours. After 48 hours no refund will be given. No refund will be given on sympathy arrangements unless the shop is notified the same day the product was delivered.
Orders placed for corsages and boutonniere cannot be refunded once the order has been placed and left the shop.
